I work with adults who are looking to engage in talk therapy via telehealth. Some of my clients may be struggling with day to day challenges, some may be trying to cope with overwhelming emotions, and others may be trying to come to terms with their past. My clients are looking for validation and support of their experiences, while simultaneously seeking guidance and direction to shift to a better place.
