I work with teens and adults navigating all the messy, confusing, and meaningful parts of life—whether you’re moving through a big life transition, dealing with anxiety, untangling family dynamics, processing trauma, or trying to make sense of your relationships. My approach is warm, humorous, collaborative, and real. I’m here to help you feel safe, seen, and equipped to step into the version of yourself you want to become. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as their authentic selves without feeling judged by others. I take a relational approach to therapy rooted in empathy and shared understanding.
