Making the decision to pursue healing and growth takes courage. My hope is that we can work collaboratively to face challenges, uncover strengths, and develop healthy coping skills that help you thrive. I have experience working with individuals and couples navigating relational and sexual health concerns. Many people face challenges related to sexuality and identity—whether that includes differences in desire, sexual dysfunction, past trauma, or questions around sexual or gender identity. Reaching out for support in these areas can feel vulnerable, and I deeply honor the strength it takes to do so. As a sex therapist, I strive to create an inclusive, affirming, and safe space for every person who walks through my door. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, grounded in respect for each client’s unique values and lived experiences.
