My goal is to support my clients and provide tools to manage life's challenges. I believe in the client’s ability to utilize therapy in ways that feel most necessary to them. I have experience working with depression and anxiety and I am passionate about working with families to improve family dynamics, relationships, and attachment. Sessions will be a safe and calm environment that provide an outlet for clients, where they can be equipped and secure in dealing with whatever life throws at them.
