Hello, I'm Mal! I'm a Provisional License Professional Counselor at Strong Heart Counseling. I love to work with adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am passionate about helping individuals through various aspects of self-discovery and growth, including, identity exploration, recovering from trauma, navigating life transitions, understanding attachment dynamics, and fostering healthy relationships. I often work with people recovering from complex trauma, and find myself drawn to working with people who developed perfectionist, or people pleasing tendencies, to survive their life experiences.
