Are you experiencing conflict with your teen? With other family members? Are you feeling misunderstood, unheard, or unappreciated in your relationships? I enjoy helping families and young individuals improve communication, understand each another, and resolve conflict effectively. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a collaborative (yes..you'll have to work hard, too!) approach to help my clients improve their relationship quality with others and improve the relationship they have with themselves.
