I approach client care from a space where you are the expert in your own life and I’m here to support you, where you are. Only you have walked your path and had your unique set of experiences. When times are difficult, it is reassuring to know that you can have someone to be in that experience with you, by your side- non-judgmentally and empathetically listening. Using a collaborative client-centered framework, as well as various approaches, I assist clients in creating client-driven goals that are important to them and their overall wellness to promote growth, healing, skill building, and self-acceptance.
