I offer traditional psychodynamic work, CBT and somatic techniques as well as biofeedback practices. As an avid researcher, I pull from 30 years of practice and study in various psychotherapeutic and health disciplines. Sessions are personalized, combining modalities traditional talk therapy, somatic interventions, movement-based strategies, yoga, meditation, biofeedback, energy psychology, nutrition and expressive arts. I work with all ages, having had the privilege of treating clients from the age of 4 to 90.
