If you are at a crossroad, feeling stuck, or coping with challenges that have come your way, therapy is a good place to connect with someone who can help untangle what is happening in your life. I believe that you are the expert on you and I have set of skills that may helpful in sorting out the concerns or questions you may have. Some of the important elements of my practice include safety, unpacking both strengths and challenges as well as ongoing collaboration between therapist and client. I am a short distance away from the University of New Hampshire and a little over a mile from route 4. In my therapy practice I create a safe space to explore options and thoughts surrounding challenges someone is coping with. Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Narrative Therapy are common approaches I use in my practice. I am licensed in New Hampshire only.
