I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, and stress, particularly when tied to self-esteem, people-pleasing, overachieving and perfectionism. And, as a biracial (Asian/White) therapist, I also understand the complexities of identity for biracial and multiracial individuals and am passionate about providing a supportive space to explore these experiences.
