Hello! My name is Mandy and I help people with trauma resolution, emotional healing and self-discovery. I work with individuals and groups as an IFS-informed somatic healer. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (parts work) and expressive arts. I offer sessions online and in-person, including Somatic Experiencing touch table work. My online groups are small and wonderful spaces for growth and connection. With warmth and welcoming, I guide people towards their own embodied wisdom to help them navigate current challenges and heal past hurts.
