I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy State University. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. I've worked with individuals and families in a variety of settings. I'm here to help you work through everyday life challenges. and to assist you in reaching your goals. My specialty areas are anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and trauma. I provide a nurturing environment for you to feel free to relax and speak freely. I am a Certified Counselor Supervisor and provide supervision for master's level clinicians who are pursuing licensure.
