Sukhi Sandhu is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois who has been practicing since 2019. Her educational background includes an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign. Sukhi helps adults, adolescents, and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. Sukhi is aware a single approach is not right for every individual, so she has been trained in a range of modalities, including Trauma-focused CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Interpersonal family systems.
