Is it time to take the next step in your healing journey? I mainly treat folks with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience with issues that affect immigrant, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks. I foster an environment of safety, collaboration and growth. I draw from multiple approaches: psychodynamic, trauma-focused work (EMDR, IFS/parts work), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), mindfulness, CBT, DBT, more.
