About

My hope as a counselor is to provide a space for us to build safety and comfortability while sharing the struggles of life. I enjoy working with individuals and couples that are looking to deepen their understanding of themselves. A few areas where I have a strong focus include individuals navigating life transitions, those struggling with eating disorders and parent coaching. My approach is collaborative, client centered and emotion focused. Additionally, I like to bring curiosity, humor, honesty and respect to our counseling sessions.
