I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with 21 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a diverse and extensive background in the helping profession, and I have had the privilege of helping individuals and families achieve a variety of treatment goals. I consider the person as a whole, including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of who they are, as I help them address a myriad of symptoms related to anxiety, panic disorder, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and stress-related disorders.
