The population of people who I have been highly successful working with tend to suffer from anxiety, depression, and grief symptoms, AND feel comfortable with virtual counseling. My ability to create a trusting atmosphere that is genuine and caring, as I greatly value each person and see that individual as an expert in their own life, has been a very effective strategy for people who, many times, feel as if they have not been heard or whose voices or views have not been valued.
