I am a therapist who specializes in adult individual therapy and health psychology. My goal is to create a space in which you feel safe to express and explore any recent or long-term challenges in your life, including difficult emotions you have been feeling, things that have happened to you, and patterns you feel stuck in. You can expect me to be empathic and supportive, and also to gently challenge you to examine and better understand your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. We will work together to build your resilience.
