I am a New York State Licensed Psychotherapist. I am a goal oriented practitioner who is an active and involved participant in treatment with my clients. I will provide a warm, empathetic, non judgmental, safe place where we can work together toward achieving your goals and removing barriers toward reaching your desired potential. I pride myself on the rapport my clients feel with me almost immediately, enabling them to be themselves and feel comfortable engaging and sharing their feelings. I incorporate strength based therapy in my practice and am insightful, intuitive and provide feedback. My experience is comprehensive.
