I work best with people who want real feedback and don’t mind being compassionately challenged (with a little humor along the way). In our sessions, I show up as my genuine self—sometimes serious, sometimes silly—and I want you to feel comfortable doing the same. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or awkward. It can be a space where you laugh, reflect, and grow. I work with adults and couples on all kinds of challenges, using a mix of approaches tailored to you. For couples, I draw on Gottman and Prepare/Enrich,and I create a safe, affirming space for ethical nonmonogamy and kink.
