I am a practical therapist helping clients deal with their relationships, addiction, depression, anxiety,job stress, loneliness, anger, grief. I work with women as they face their unique challenges including childbirth, miscarriage, menopause, and so much more. I have extended experience and compassion working with those who struggle with addiction or live with someone who does. I also focus my practice to help individuals, couples, and families cope with life challenges. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental atmosphere where you can share your dreams and hopes. Although there may be tears, I also believe in sharing laughter. Both are healing.
