I provide counseling to clients of all ages with various tha include anxiety, stress, anger,depression, substance use, sleep deprivation and behavioral nutrition concerns. I utilize health psychology, mental health education, substance use education and yoga principles within practice as I work with clients. Overall wellness is the focus for the clients I work with which includes, nutrition, sleep and exercise while working on their emotional and behavioral concerns. I implement the Strengthening Families program for those families that are in need of creating a healthy environment that promotes positive experiences in family life.
