As an eclectic therapist, I use holistic knowledge from my different certifications and evidence based practices to ensure treatment is applicable to each client. This approach allows tailoring of the counseling experience for client’s best self, by mixing interventions such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Communication Skills. My naturally investigative and assertive characteristics allow me to explore and find what is best suited for the client’s needs at the time.
