I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Michigan and Texas with nearly 17 years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most painful and defining chapters. I believe healing often requires feeling what we’ve avoided, and that the pain of healing can lead to growth and self-understanding. I help people navigate depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem and self-worth issues, borderline personality disorder, chronic pain and life transitions untangle emotional knots and reconnect with their resilience.
