I’m a Counseling Psychologist in practice with kids, teens, young and older adults and couples for the last 15 years. My work often focuses on anxieties, relationships, life transitions, family changes, trauma, depression and mood, work and school, and identities (racial/cultural, gender, queer/sexual, age, ability, immigrant, social class, and others). New parenthood, caregiving, aging, adoption, and looking for purpose and meaning are all topics I specialize in.
