These are anxious times that we live in. With each day, we are bombarded with so many unavoidable triggers. Your anxiety may have just begun, or like so many of us, intensified along with panic attacks and periods of depression. Your struggle is real and normal and I can help. I offer therapy that is a combination of talk therapy and the teaching of tangible tools. My goal is to help you manage triggers, reduce your symptoms and improve your day to day living. Believe it or not, you already have the skills to get yourself back on track. It's not magic. It's about mindset, empathy (for yourself) and having a safe, co-collaborator.
