As we age we have many challenges and transitions which affect us - some positive and some negative. What we do with these transitions are the key to finding joy in our life. Most of the time we are completely capable of navigating these stressors with our own personal resources. Sometimes a little extra support is required: whether it is obtaining insight, learning new behaviors or just having a skilled listener. My various skills learned over thirty years can do that.
