I am an LMFT with over 25 years experience as a licensed professional and 27 years in the field. I treat individuals from adolescence to adulthood and specialize in couples work, individual work on relationships, depression, anxiety, family of origin wounds, attachment wounds, career discontent, and emotion intelligence work. I love working with individuals and couples who are ready to grow, build insight, and deepen their ability to connect with others and their own internal process. In my experience, this work is what leads to authentic and meaningful living. My specialty is working with couples and individuals on building relationship skills, emotion awareness and tolerance, and internal process work. I recognize that therapy is a very personal and intimate experience, and that my style and approach need to be in alignment with yours. It must feel like a fit.
