I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. I approach each case from a systems perspective - taking into consideration the individual, family, and societal dynamics that contribute to the presenting issues. I especially enjoy supporting clients with trauma backgrounds to help them gain better understanding of their experiences, triggers, and ways to work through their emotional and/or physiological response. I firmly believe that clients should leave therapy sessions feeling as though they have the tools necessary to navigate life outside of the therapy office. I work closely with clients to develop coping techniques, improved communication skills, and implementation of boundaries into their everyday life.
