I have over fifteen years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families, and I have been trained in various modalities, including EMDR. I have a caring and gentle approach, and work collaboratively with people to foster strengths so that they may ultimately live a life they value. I incorporate a wide range of approaches, including CBT and trauma-informed interventions, as well as psycho-dynamic and mindfulness approaches.
