I am a queer, genderqueer, poly therapist. I have over 5 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings with individuals, couples, and families. As an LMFT, I offer a unique perspective, using a systemic approach to mental health to consider the impact of relationships, systems, and cultural narratives on overall wellbeing. I believe that we are all born secure and we do not exist in isolation, needing to be understood and considered in the context of these systems.
