I help individuals across the lifespan process difficult emotions and bodily sensations, build self-trust, and understand the deeper roots of what they’re struggling with so they can move through life with more clarity and confidence. My specialties include navigating complex family systems, people-pleasing, anxiety, and challenges associated with young adulthood. Symptoms and patterns often have deeper stories behind them. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s happening in your present life while also understanding the past experiences that shaped you. I pay close attention not only to what you say, but to how your body responds, as both hold important information.
