I work with individuals, couples, and families to process their current challenges and develop new coping skills. Though I frequently practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, I adapt my clinical approach to the unique challenges of the individual. I am highly influenced by my understanding of strength-based practice, family systems theories, and attachment theories. I utilize the Gottman approach (Level 2 certified) to couples counseling. I am an AASECT certified Sex Therapist.
