I have expertise in women's issues and often assist in improving women's self esteem, confidence, independence and mood. Women often come to see me when they are unstable or unhappy in their relationships, or when they notice they are feeling more down, pessimistic or withdrawn then usual. Work stress and losses also can factor in. Together we can get clarity about what is impacting the current situation, and then problem solve what to do to fix it. I also have extensive training in couples therapy.
