As a licensed family therapist I have worked over 30 years with those facing chronic or life-threatening illness, end of life issues, grief and loss and caregiving. We'll work together to find ways of living well in the face of uncertainty, adjusting to changes brought about by illness, loss, and life beyond the diagnosis. We'll focus on moving beyond the trauma to improving overall psychological well-being and quality of life. We will work together to assist in your healing, to look at patterns that no longer serve you, and access your resilience.
