I have the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life’s most difficult challenges. I work closely with people who have experienced trauma, including complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), as well as those struggling with substance use, anxiety, and mood disorders. My role is to meet each person where they are, providing compassionate, nonjudgmental support while equipping them with tools and education that foster self-understanding and lasting change.
