I would love to help you see, find or create something good from all the ugly. I’ll be your biggest fan and back you up while being my direct, empathetic, and authentic self. I have extensive experience with adolescents and adults. It’s a passion of mine to help teens and parents navigate what can be a very challenging time- adolescence. I thrive working with adults going through difficult transitions, stage-of-life issues, or struggling to keep up as our world evolves at a faster pace than our brains View 8 Photos I have worked in mental health for over 15 years now at multiple levels of care, 6 of those in private practice. I am certified as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), CBT for Depression and Anxiety, EMDR, and trained in a harm reduction approach to substance use problems. I also provide supervision to those working towards licensure.
