I have a passion for connecting with others and helping people to grow and move beyond what holds them back from having a fulfilling and productive life. I am oriented toward a humanistic and existential perspective and incorporate mindfulness, gratitude, and self-compassion into my practices while utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatments. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and view therapy as a collaborative effort between the therapist and the individual. As a therapist, it is my aim to help you identify obstacles, build on strengths, and work toward goals while providing guidance and support.
