With 7 years of experience, I support teens and adults navigating emotional abuse recovery, life transitions, and the challenges of neurodivergence or LGBTQ+ identities. Using mindfulness, boundary-setting, and CBT, I provide a supportive space to heal, grow, and achieve your goals.
