I feel strongly that how we heal is through human connection. Therapy should be a space for exploration, growth, comfort, empathy, and understanding. If you find yourself burdened by the weight of the world, stuck in unhealthy communication or lifestyle patterns, trying to navigate complex transitions in your life, or wanting to reach new goals, then we can collaborate together. Ultimately, my job is to support the client. I maintain a lens of cultural awareness and social justice while keeping in mind different power structures of our societies.
