I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Modesto, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and couple's counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I approach my work with motivational interviewing and a client-centered approach. I do therapy because I believe in the benefits that therapy brings to people's lives.
