About

I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in NY and Connecticut. I have over a decade of experience working with adults and women's mental health. I help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, codependency, perfectionism and self-esteem challenges. Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong journey for me. I began my career in social services, supporting children and families. While this work felt fulfilling, I longed to support my clients in a deeper and more meaningful manner, which led me to become a licensed therapist. Providing counseling to clients in mental health settings provided me with valuable experience and cemented my desire to help people struggling with their mental health.
