I utilize a humanistic, collaborative and solution focused counseling approach with clients, involving actively listening to their life narrative, and exploring how it may be preventing them from reaching desired goals. In sessions, with a questioning and curious mind, we explore and dialogue on how the client may perceive things differently in their therapeutic process. Throughout, I provide support, empowering them to take responsibility in making healthy adjustments in their life. It is through the client learning the importance of self-respect, self-compassion,confidence, and humor, that they find themselves living a more wholesome, healthy, and transformed life.
