I work in a Jungian way, recognizing that we are spiritual beings on a human journey. When problems arise in our lives, we have an opportunity to more fully understand who we are and what life is asking of us. Learning the tools with which to continue on the path in a more fulfilling way is the goal of the work I will do with you: to discover new possibilities within your own reservoir of coping and problem solving skills.
