My goal is to help clients gain a deeper level of awareness and insight into their struggles in order to help them heal. People often turn to me with anxiety, trauma histories, or who are struggling in relationships. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, emotionally supported, and held, so that together we can explore their struggles.
