I treat clients with a variety of mental health concerns, relationship issues, and life adjustments. I lean on attachment-based theory and know that well connected people are happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in in their lives. I treat clients going through difficult break-ups and divorces, or other relationship challenges. Many of my clients suffer from depression, anxiety, and grief/loss. In addition to these challenges, I work with life adjustments, sexuality, and many other mental health concerns.
