Welcome! LifeSpan Counseling & Psychological Services offers services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I use a warm, client-centered, and empathetic clinical approach. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their feelings, thoughts, and challenges through different stages of life. I work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients to discover their inner-strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I do therapeutic work with children, adolescents, adults, parents/caregivers, and families. View 4 Photos I specialize in working with individuals and families with a wide variety of needs including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, grief and loss, and trauma. I integrate various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to best meet client needs including CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and child-led play therapy.
