My name is Maria (she/they) and I'm looking forward to getting started with you. I like hearing people's stories, and helping them note patterns and pull meaning from them. But having insight doesn't necessarily mean your problems will be solved - we'll work together to figure how to navigate enacting change. I primarily work with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ and managing anxiety/depression. However, I also have experience with clients who are chronically ill, neurodivergent, or creative professionals.
