My path began over 30 years ago, blending psychology with a global career in hospitality. Working across different cultures taught me deep empathy and adaptability—qualities I bring into every therapeutic relationship. I later earned my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, where I supported individuals in recovery and college students navigating emotional and personal growth.
