Life's journey can be intense and difficult at times. Painful experiences can throw us into a downward spiral of sufferance. Being able to process our struggles allow us to turn them into catalysts for a meaningful life. I practice a Jungian/Depth oriented psychotherapy and work with individuals who are ready to explore the deeper psychological and symbolic dimensions of their lives, not just manage symptoms. This preparation allows me to connect with the deepest available information from my clients, and from there I use my own knowledge and experience to empower them to find their own truth. With an artistic background and a bicultural sensitivity, my work is centered in a humanistic and organic approach. I use metaphors, symbols and images, as a language to invite the soul to reveal itself and participate in the present moment. With mindfulness, together, we will transform past trauma into a personal vehicle to freedom and growth.
